Original Bloody Trump menstrual painting (“Whatever”) by Sarah Levy now being auctioned on eBay, through October 29, 2016.

One year ago, after “Whatever” was featured on Buzzfeed it made internet waves, being covered on USAToday, MSNBC, Huffington Post, Reuters, Telemundo, and more, across many countries and translated into several languages.

The painting was created by Oregon-based artist Sarah Levy in response to Trump’s sexist comments about Fox News’ Megyn Kelly bleeding out of her “wherever” following the first RNC debate last summer.

Last October the painting sold online in what turned out to be a scam. Now with less than a month until the election the painting is back up on eBay.

Levy has donated the painting to VOZ Workers Center, a worker-led non-profit organization in Portland, OR that empowers immigrants and day laborers to gain control over their working conditions.

VOZ will auction the painting on eBay to the highest bidder. The auction will last for ten days and the money it raises will go to benefit the work of VOZ and to support the fight for immigrants rights in general, another group towards which Trump has directed his toxic hate.

As you may have seen, I painted a portrait of Donald Trump using my own menstrual blood (and a tampon and a paint brush). The goal is to auction it off and give the money to an organization that helps Mexican immigrants in the U.S., because ol’ Don would hate that.

  14. This is amazing work! Thank you so much for making it. I’m sure you already have many offers but we would love to host your “live” online auction event at LIKEWISE, a bar that exists to support artists and their practice, if you are interested. I would love so much for the public to be able to view the piece before it is sold, hopefully to high, high bidder. I would personally donate framing costs to protect the work. I’m just so thrilled you made it.

  23. She’s pure Genius! I wish I would have thought of this first. Donald Trump is an idiot and if he’s elected President of the U.S. I’m moving to Mexico or another country as long as he’s not in it.

  32. FANTASTIC! Your painting says so much. What with the rise of short sighted clueless right-wing politicians who are only interested in power over others – the UK conned into leaving the EU (based on lies by the leave campaign), Donald Trump of all people within reach of the White House – as usual it is the ordinary folk of the world who will pay the price if the power-hungry are allowed to get away with it. Strange days.
